i could really use a wish right now.

i kind of fail at this life thing.
i mean, for real.
i *think* (think being the key work here) that i broke my phone, once again. it all depends. ill have to see. (AH YES, it's working! WHATUP!)
anyhow, due to having to take everyhting out of my phone, i took my SD card out of my phone...and now, it seems to have gone missing. oh, heavens above.
anyhow, i am grateful that my phone is working okay. the buttons are freaking out a little, but hopefully that'll get fixed.
uhm...the red wings are taking away my writing career.
i don't mind.
i still haven't finished up my 365 blog, even though i was done with it on tuesday.
whatever. i shall. S O O N.
i want the pride and prejudice soundtrack.yah.
for the record, my piano learning=fail.
kaybye.

Fail.

Stephen King writes 2000 words a day and tries to read and write at least four to six hours a day. Rock it.
Naomi reads less than two, listens to music the rests, and write nothing.
Only, I just did.
Rock it.
Let's get this done, there's plenty of time for revising after the initial story is out of your head.
Rock it.
I don't exactly want to be like Stephen King (yeahno), but I want to write as much, and be at least half so succesful.
Rock it.
thank you for listening to my complaints.
i am blessed.

What Kind Of World Do You Want?

Ah, well.
The other night I was complaining profusely to dylan about politics.
it mostly stemmed from a prolife conference that i attended last weekend in which something very smart was said.
now, granted i am not positive who said this, b u t im pretty sure Jason Jones (amazing speaker. like yes.) said that someone he knew said it.
that the greatest tragedy was that the pro-life position was branded on the republican/right wing party.
mmhmm.
now, before anyone gets all political on me, i don't really know a whole lot about politics or why
certain people stand for what they do.
i still have three years to figure that one out, so ill cross that bridge when i come to it.
im just saying.
politics in general seem like just one more reason for people to bicker and argue with each other.
now, back to dylan,
he said something smart (i know, a surprise ;).
that politicians aren't really trying to help anyone but themselves.
it's more about helping themselves than it is the rest of the country/world.
now, i know that there probably are politicians who do.
don't jump on my case.
but sometimes i wonder, if we weren't spending so much time argueing over what to do, imagine all the time we would have to actually DO something to help everyone else!
sometimes i wonder how much it would take to just meet in the middle and try to do the thing thats best for the rest of the country, not just to push our own agenda.
granted, im sure we all have different ideas about whats best for the country.
anyhow, whenever i listen to the aforementioned song, i think to myself "what kind of world do I want?"
and here's my answer in three simple forms:
-i want a world where everyone actually has rights, instead of just being told they do.
-and a world where it's "one for all and all for one" where we work for the person next to us, everyone around us.
-and a world where everyone can agree. oh, i know, sounds preposterous. BUT, what i really mean, is we can agree to disagree. where people can respect each others opinions, and try to work with each other, regardless of their views.
granted ( i use that word a lot), i think that i don't exactly live by request number two, and that
it's something we all should work on.
so,
What Kind Of World Do You Want?
muchlove,
naomi
(and i'd love to hear from you on this one. fershure)

I always blog when I have better things to do.

laziness.

this sunday was like all summer in a day.

this sunday, the 11th, was pretty much bamazing.
cause we went to a tigers game.
first off, it was for my friend, bekah's birthday party.
it was a surprise. ^_^
and she totally rode to Comerica in a blindfold.and and then, we took o f f her blindfold.
and then, we went in.
and i met Mike Lupica.
I FRACKIN MET MIKE LUPICA!
likeomygosh.
Mike Lupica is one of my favourite authors, like e v e r.
he was there signing books, because his latest is about a batboy at Comerica.
only, he signed my little tiger's paw that i got at the front. ^_^
and i kinda freaked out.
ask anne. hahaha.
and right now, i keep wishing i would have bought one of those books :P
but it was majorly cool.
and then, the game began!
Verlander pitched.and i won't lie and say he did it well.
cause he gave up 5 runs in the first.
but none the rest of the game.
so, it was okay.
Awesome Jackson stole a base!

and you can see more pictures from the game on facebook .

oh, and they were down 7-1 at one point, and then they came back and won 9-8 in the bottom of the 9th!

we were freaking out some more.

it had to be the best game i've ever been to, and i've been to a couple of games. :)
i love tigers games. ^_^
then we went back to bekah's to grab us some good cake and party down for her 16th birthday! :D

then there was a BONFIRE.

and major cuteness.

and awesome sauce was evident.

and that is why last sunday, the 11th of april, was pure awesomeness. ^_^

happy birthday, bekahwekah.

muchlove,

it's a sad day...

when you'd rather use your phone instead of your computer to listen to music cause you blew out the speaker on the computer and you don't have a n y speakers.
and the earphones never ever stay in. ever.
s i g h.
i renovated my blog.
and i'm still not happy with it.
blehh.
i don't know.
i think i was looking to simplify and i'm not sure it worked.
we have a beautiful yard.
i still need to clean off pictures.
i have strange brothers.
today, we went to the park.
and i didn't go running.
but that's okay.
and i walked around our backyard.
just me and the trees and the grass.
it's so beautiful.
and last night, i had a dream about cousins.
i miss my cousins.
i need to wash my clothes.
i need to take a shower.
tomorrow is going to be very fun.
i wrote a story.
which may have involved Shawn Spencer.
i love writing.

i'll plug em in to my computer, and listen to the world sing.

i'llfidget with my earphones, cause they don't fit right.
i'll hit snooze again and again.
i'll wonder why it smells like axe all of a sudden.
